Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. DermClarity is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at (scherutich1980@gmail.com) with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DermClarity is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
